Scheduling

By appointment only. I cannot guarantee availability to guests without reservations. To schedule an appointment please visit studiomsalonbr.com to see availabilty, all services offered, and pricing. 
 

Cancellation & Missed Appointment

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we're often unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services. 

If you are unable to commit to appointments in advance, we reccomend calling the salon at 828-414-9333 and asking to be placed on our wait list. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a phone call and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.



 

Late Arrivals

Failure to arrive on time for your service will result in its alteration and will lessen its effectiveness. Please ensure to arrive promptly as we do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a cancellation of your appointment and the application of a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service price.
 

Children

We love children...some of us even have a few! Studio M Salon provides guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere and it is not a safe or suitable enviroment for children. We ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment. Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.
 

Cell Phones

To maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests and ensure favorable service outcome, we politely request that cell phones be silenced or powered off in the salon's treatment areas.
 

Product Refunds

Only sealed, unopened, unused products are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase. Opened or tampered products
are non-refundable without exception.

 

No Service Refunds

To ensure you receive the most favorable outcome, our professionals perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback. All service sales are final. Should your outcome not match your expectation please contact us at 828-414-9333.
 

Right To Refuse Service

For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Studio M Salon reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience at our salon and leave happy with the work we do. Please trust the judgement of our trained professionals.
